What is your price range?
G. Brizendine Homes prices start as low as $170K for a great starter ranch in some communities up to $600K for our largest custom homes.

What standard features do you offer that other builders don't?
A trip to any G. Brizendine model will show you many of the wonderful included features in our homes. We have close to $40,000 worth of features that tend to cost you extra money at other builders! To name only a few, we offer hand stained and lacquered woodwork, solid pine six panel doors, garden tubs in the master bath, raised panel cabinetry, upgraded carpet and vinyl, and standard brick on EACH AND EVERY HOME, included in the base price!

Do you have a referral program?
Yes we do! We are blessed with a multitude of happy customers in our communities. Many of our homeowners refer their friends, family, co-workers, and old neighbors to build with us! If any G. Brizendine Homeowner refers a customer to us, we will pay the homeowner a referral fee and give our new customer a special referral discount!

Are many of your plans available to walk through?
Yes! Our homeowners are usually more than happy to show you their G. Brizendine Home. Contact your new home salesperson to schedule a showing of your favorite plan or tell us what your needs are and we will find you a plan to see!

How much does it cost for custom changes?
At G. Brizendine Homes, we welcome changes to your individual floorplan while we are in the planning stages. We want to help you make it YOUR home. With this spirit of flexibility in mind, we do not charge for changes that do not add materials or additional square footage of living area. Changes that do incur material costs are priced fairly. In contrast, many "semi-custom" or production/tract builders claim they allow custom changes and then penalize you with ridiculous fees for a room re-design primarily to discourage you from making the changes you desire.

Do you have an options price list?
Being a custom builder, our list of the options that you could put into your new home could stretch to infinity! The best way to explore all of these great choices is to sit down with a G. Brizendine salesperson to price out your home. We have standard pricing on a variety of popular options, but we will also accommodate almost any unique request you may have!

Who is my contact person during construction? And who supervises my home?
During construction, your primary contact person will be your new home salesperson and their assistant. They, in turn, meet with the construction staff weekly to individually discuss every G Brizendine home under construction, get answers to your questions, and get updated on the schedule for your home for the following week. This is an excellent fine- tuned communication process that has proven to be extremely efficient. While building, your home is supervised and scheduled by Gary Brizendine himself, with the help of qualified assistants. You can also rest assured that your new home will meet or exceed the quality of our model homes because we use the same subcontractors we have used for over a decade and can be trusted to deliver the quality Gary Brizendine expects.

How many homes do you build per year?
As an established builder with a 27-year history, we anticipate building 40-50 custom homes in 2007. This is a number that is small enough for our company to maintain our exceptional quality, yet large enough to provide you with stability and great pricing!
