Glenn:
Gary is the type that likes to get out and get his hands dirty and out on the job site. He gets up at five in the morning and is out there checking jobs. I like the books and the financial side. We know we have a good partnership. We're brothers and best friends on top of it.
Gary:
We're noted for our woodwork which is a lacquering finish that Dad taught us how to do. You can talk to painters who've been painting for twenty years and just don't have that lacquering down.
Glenn:
The customer means a lot to us. We grew up in the Baptist church. We're both lifelong members of Southport Baptist here on the south side of Indianapolis. We were raised to treat people fairly and to do what is right by people. We feel like the only way to do that as we grow, is to hire people that feel the same way.
Gary:
We're building houses from scratch. We're not "subcontractor-be-here-or-else...rain or shine...pour the concrete." It's custom. Every integral piece that goes into the house has been thought out within a system of years of experience that we've both been able to go through and learn from. We're at the pinnacle of our business because we've really got a handle on what we're doing. We know what we're doing. With God's help we'll keep succeeding and the future looks bright.
Glenn:
There's a lot of nostalgia in building, especially after twenty-five years. To drive through areas we built in twenty-five years ago...even my first house....I love it! Every so often I'll drive by and remember where I was and where we've come from .
